Refund policy

This is a translation of the French version. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

Principle

Digital content is delivered immediately after payment. We nevertheless review every request made in good faith.

Covered cases

• Delivery problem: if a paid item was not delivered, we deliver it or refund it in full.
• Duplicate or mistaken purchase: refund possible within [TO BE COMPLETED : number] days of the purchase if the content has not been significantly used.
• Unauthorized purchase: contact us immediately; we will handle the request with PayPal.

Effects of a refund

A full refund removes the corresponding Pro status or skin; the in-game capital may be deducted. A credit note is sent to you by email.

Making a request

Write to us through the contact form (subject “Purchase or invoice”) with the invoice number (CLO-YYYY-XXXXXX), available in My account → Purchases. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through PayPal, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

This policy does not limit the rights granted to you by the applicable consumer protection laws.
