Interface and controls
Keyboard shortcuts, camera, first-person walkthrough and build mode.
The CloudOS interface is made of a 3D view of your server room, an indicator bar at the bottom of the screen and windows for each area (power, clients, staff…).
Keyboard shortcuts

The camera
- Left click + drag: rotate the view.
- Mouse wheel: zoom in and out.
- Right click + drag: pan the view.
- Click a rack: open its inspection panel (servers, load, temperature).
- C key: cycle through the preset views.
The first-person walkthrough
The V key puts you in the shoes of a technician walking the aisles. It's the most immersive way to explore your datacenter, and it has practical uses.

Tip
During the walkthrough, window shortcuts are disabled so the keys can be used to move.
Build mode
B key: pick an item from the palette (standard rack, GPU rack, CRAC, cold aisle, perforated tile), hover over the room, then click to place it. R rotates the item before you place it.
